This is a simple list. There have been 106 pitchers to throw a post-season shutout, and all of them have thrown at least 1 regular-season one, too. Here are the guys with the fewest in the regular-season:

Unsurprisingly, there are a lot of more recent guys on here, given how much rarer shutouts have become. Many of the older guys are folks who had a shining game or two in the playoffs but didn't have particularly long careers.
